Breathing Style Accessibility Bands

These are launch-access bands, not quality tiers. A style in an easier band is not automatically stronger.

How the Tier List Changes

A tier change should follow a balance update or a meaningful testing result.

Reassess a category after a balance update, a new Clan, style, Art, or weapon release, or a test that changes the practical recommendation. Update the data first, then revise the placement on the faster progression checklist.

Do not use estimated DPS, win rate, damage percentage, drop rate, or roll probability as a substitute for tested combat data. If the required detail is incomplete, leave the category unranked.
