No. It records your path and selections and checks the point budget. It does not estimate combat performance.
Why are Clan and weapon selections informational?
They are useful for documenting a plan, but their current stat and passive effects are not included in the arithmetic.
Can I use an estimated Skill Point cost?
You can enter any planned total, but the result is only as reliable as that input. Use the current cost shown in your live Skill tree.
